• How can you offer a no cost vending service?

  We are able to offer this service as we are able to turn a profit from goods sold from within the machine.

• Are there any hidden costs?

  No - there are no hidden costs - many of our customers are enjoying the benefit of our fully inclusive vending at absolutely no cost.

• Are the machines subsidized by any large brands which limits choice and variety of products on offer?

  No - Our unique service does not rely on partnership with specific brands which limit choice, value and variety of products on offer from our machines.

• Do you Charge for servicing and stocking?

  No. We do not charge for servicing and stocking on our snack and soft drink vending machines.

• How often do you re-stock our free vending machine?

  We re-stock all our vending machines as often as required. If a vending machine is very popular, we will schedule as many visits as required to keep it well stocked. REMEMBER - As we don't charge for rental or servicing it is in our interest to keep our machines well stocked.

• What do you mean by a fully inclusive service?

  We offer a choice of high quality refurbished vending machines. Then we supply everything required - high quality machinery, delivery, installation, full stocking and replenishment service along with a maintenance service that includes call outs, parts and labour. We also take care of all the cash handling.

• What is included in your free vending service?

  • Use of vending machine.
  • Delivery.
  • Installation.
  • Regular refill and replenishment service.
  • Maintenance service including call outs, parts and labour.

• What prices do you sell at?

  The products in our vending machines are sold at the same prices you would expect to find in a convenience store.

• Are there any long term contracts to sign?

  Definitely Not! Our agreements run for only 24 months for our free / no cost service.

• What if my machines do not have my favorite items stocked?

  Call our lo call customer service team on 0845 8382112, or speak to your Vending Machine operator about your request, we always do our best to accommodate special requests.

• What if my machines are not working properly?

  Call our customer service team on (0845 8382112) or fill out the service request form on our website and we will dispatch one of our service technicians. All of our personnel are trained to provide on location troubleshooting and repair.

• Why should I have an office vending machine when there is a shop nearby?

  Employees see a vending machine from Vending 4 You as a great asset to your workplace. It also keeps them in your office efficient and happy.
