A: Vending 4 You does not charge for vending machine rental.
Q: Do you Charge for Servicing and stocking ?
A: No. We do not charge for servicing and stocking on our snack and soft drink vending machines.
Q: How often do you re-stock our free vending machine ?
A: We re-stock all our vending machines at least once a week. If we see a vending machine is very popular, we will schedule as many visits as required to keep it topped up.
REMEMBER- As we don't charge for rental or servicing it is in our interest to keep our machines well stocked.
Q: What do you mean by Full Service ?
A: We give you a choice of high quality vending machines. Then we supply everything you need - we provide, install, stock, maintain and service your vending machine for you. We also do all the cash handling.
Q: What is included in your free vending service ?
A: Everything -

Q: What prices do you sell at ?
A: The products in our vending machines are sold at the same prices you would expect to find in a shop.
Q: Are there any long term contracts to sign ?
A: Definitely Not ! Our agreements run year to year for our Free Snack and Soft Drink Machines. We are so confident in our superior service that we know you will rely on Vending 4 you year after year.
Q: What if my machines do not have my favorite items stocked ?
A: Call our lo call customer service number on 0845 8382112 to speak to a representative, or speak to your Vending Machine operator about your request. Vending 4 you wants to make every customer happy, so don't hesitate to give us your feedback.
Q: What if my machines are not working properly ?
A: Call our lo call customer service number (0845 8382112) and a service technician will be there within 8 working hours. All of our personnel are trained to provide on location troubleshooting and repair.
Q: Why should I have a office vending machine when there is a shop nearby ?
A: Keeping employees in your office by offering everything they need keeps them efficient, happy and in the office.
